Control4, Lutron and KNX rescues
Most of the smart home problems we see in Dubai are not product problems. They are programming and documentation problems left behind by a contractor who has moved on: a Control4 system with an expired dealer relationship and no backups, a Lutron processor nobody can log into, a KNX villa with no ETS project whose air conditioning has stopped responding. All three platforms are sold through certified dealers, which means the licence, the project and the support can move to us properly — and the house comes back without being rebuilt.
How a takeover works
First an audit: we read what is installed, recover or rebuild the project files, test every device and tell you honestly what is broken, what is badly programmed and what is fine. Then the engineering: reprogramme, replace only what is genuinely dead, and document the lot into the Client Portal. Then support: the system goes under Iconic Care™ with remote-first fixes and monitoring. A rescue is usually a fraction of a replacement — the Jumeirah KNX villa needed no new hardware at all — and it is quoted after the audit, never before.
