Lutron HomeWorks · Dubai & UAE
HomeWorks is Lutron's flagship — the wired, processor-based system specified when a property is too large, too layered or too demanding for anything else. Hundreds of zones behaving as one. Shading, lighting and keypads under a single engine, with the dimming quality Lutron built its name on.
We design & install HomeWorks across Dubai for villas, estates & penthouses: load schedules drawn at the plans stage, panels engineered into a proper plant room, keypads engraved to the room's language, and every scene programmed in-house. We are Lutron approved, and the engineers who commission your system are the ones who support it afterwards.
Load schedules, panel layouts & single-line schematics produced before first fix. HomeWorks rewards early involvement — circuits planned properly cost nothing extra and cannot be retrofitted cheaply.
Lutron's dimming curves are the reason HomeWorks gets specified: no flicker, no buzz, no dropout at 1%. We test every fitting against its driver before commissioning rather than discovering problems at handover.
HomeWorks runs the blinds as well as the lights. Sheers, blackouts & lighting move together on one scene, tracking the sun down a Dubai facade without three systems arguing.
Palladiom, Alisse & seeTouch in finishes chosen with your interior designer, engraved with scenes people actually press. The interface is the part the household touches daily — it gets treated that way.
Multiple panels, sub-processors & structured cabling for properties with staff quarters, guest villas & gatehouses. The same discipline we bring to apartment towers.
HomeWorks sits under Control4, Crestron or KNX so lighting, climate, AV & security behave as one composed system rather than a drawer of separate apps.
What we work with
Questions
HomeWorks projects typically start around AED 81,600 and rise with zone count, keypad finish & shading scope. A large villa with whole-home shading sits well above that. We survey & schedule the loads before quoting — an honest number needs the drawings, not a guess.
If the property is at first-fix stage, large, or has a complex lighting scheme with extensive shading, HomeWorks is usually right. If the villa is finished & occupied, RadioRA 3 often delivers the same experience without the rewiring. We specify from the plans & the site, not from the price list.
Sometimes, but it is rarely the sensible answer. HomeWorks is a wired system — retrofitting it into a completed property means chasing walls & ceilings. In finished homes we usually specify RadioRA 3, or a hybrid where new wiring is only run where it is genuinely needed.
We do, in-house. The engineer who commissions your HomeWorks system is the one who supports it afterwards under Iconic Care™ — remote-first, with your property's full configuration documented in the Client Portal. No dependency on a programmer who has moved on.
Regularly. We inherit systems other companies installed or abandoned, audit the panels & programming properly, fix what is broken & put the whole thing under real support. Takeovers are the work our reviews talk about most.
