New builds, upgrades and takeovers
For a new villa we design from the distribution board up, usually on KNX or Lutron HomeWorks, with Control4 or Crestron as the interface. For a finished home, wireless platforms such as Lutron RadioRA 3 and Control4 add control without disturbing the finishes. And where another contractor left a system half-programmed or undocumented, we audit it, recover what we can and hand it back working, with full documentation.

Every Abu Dhabi system is supported under Iconic Care™: remote monitoring and diagnosis first, then engineers on site. Programming backups, the equipment register and service history live on your client portal, so support never depends on one person remembering your house. Estates, residences and hotels can take an annual maintenance contract.
