Tower glazing, apartments and penthouses
Downtown apartments live or die by their glazing: full-height glass that gives the view and, unmanaged, the solar gain. Automated shading is the first thing we specify — sheers and blackouts on silent Lutron motors, tracking the sun down the facade, on scenes with the lighting. We delivered exactly that in a Downtown residence: a finished, occupied apartment, full-height glass, coordinated with building management, no reconstruction.
Everything else scales down cleanly: a single Control4 controller, plaster-in audio, keypads matched to the interior, and a network that does not depend on the building's shared Wi-Fi.

Working inside a managed tower
Access, lift bookings, method statements and insurance are routine for us in Downtown's towers. We coordinate with building management, arrive with the equipment pre-programmed, and keep the interior intact — battery shading and wireless lighting exist precisely for finished apartments where nothing new is going into the ceiling.
