Specification packs, unit packages and the building backbone
A developer specification from us is four documents: make and model schedules, AutoCAD layouts, single-line schematics for the riser-to-residence network, and a standardised apartment package — lighting, climate provision, shading pre-wire, door entry — specified once and engineered once so the second hundred units cost dramatically less than the first. Underneath sits the building backbone: a dual-fibre head-end, floor switches, structured cabling to every residence and common areas on KNX, so the asset is never captive to one contractor.
Phased delivery and a handover that holds
We deliver against the fit-out programme, plot by plot or floor by floor, with commissioning per unit and a single warranty and point of contact. Every residence is documented in the Client Portal — equipment, network, credentials, service history — before the keys move, so the buyer's home works on day one and is supported under Iconic Care™ in English or Arabic from the first week. Specification consultancy for developers and consultants is at no cost, and the earlier we are involved the cheaper the risers, containment and rack rooms are to get right.
