HomeWorks, RadioRA 3 or Palladiom: which Lutron system
Lutron makes three things we install in Dubai. HomeWorks is the wired, processor-based flagship for large villas, estates and penthouses specified from the drawings. RadioRA 3 is the wireless system for finished, occupied homes — the same dimming quality carried over Clear Connect RF, with no chased walls. Palladiom is the architectural shading range, designed to be seen rather than hidden in a pocket, and it runs on either lighting system.
The choice is rarely about which is better. It is about what stage the property is at: open walls and a large scheme point to HomeWorks; a finished villa points to RadioRA 3; a designer who wants the hardware as part of the room points to Palladiom. Lutron lighting control in Dubai
Lutron's dimming curves are the reason it gets specified: no flicker, no buzz, no drop-out at one per cent. We design the lighting layers with your interior designer — ambient, accent and task, plus circadian tuning where it earns its place — and program the scenes around how the household actually lives. Keypads are engraved with scenes people press, in Palladiom, Alisse, seeTouch or Sunnata finishes chosen with the interior. We test every fitting against its driver before commissioning rather than discovering problems at handover.
Lutron shading in Dubai
Dubai's full-height glazing is the case for automated shading. Sheers and blackouts on Lutron motors track the sun down the facade, cut solar gain before the air conditioning pays for it, protect the interior and keep the view. On HomeWorks or RadioRA 3 the shading and the lighting run on one engine, so one scene moves both. Battery shades make it possible in finished apartments where no new cabling is going into the ceiling; Palladiom brings exposed, architectural hardware where the designer wants it visible.
What Lutron costs in Dubai
Indicatively, RadioRA 3 lighting control runs AED 2,550 to 5,100 per zone, and HomeWorks projects start from around AED 81,600 and rise with zone count, keypad finish and shading scope. Certified, stocked and supported
We are Lutron approved and hold Lutron's HomeWorks, RadioRA 3, Lutron Shading and Palladiom Shading certifications, so the lighting and the blinds are engineered by the same team. Every system is programmed in-house, documented in the Client Portal and supported under Iconic Care™ by the engineers who commissioned it.
