The whole meeting room on one touch screen.
An interactive display folds the camera, microphones, speakers, compute and touch surface into one unit on the wall. For a small or medium meeting room that means one power point, one network point and a Microsoft Teams Room that is ready the moment someone walks in.
We specify, install and support three boards: Neat Board, Yealink MeetingBoard and Logitech Rally Board. Each is a certified Teams Rooms device, each runs Microsoft Whiteboard in the meeting, and each is mounted, networked and commissioned by our own Dubai engineers.
What MK Iconic does
Room size, table length and how far the camera has to see decide the model. A 50 inch board suits a focus room, a 65 inch board a medium room, and the larger Yealink boards reach the back of a training room.
The board hangs on a mount rated for its weight, fixed to structure. We bring power and a dedicated network point in behind it, put it on the AV VLAN and keep every cable inside the wall or the stand.
We enrol the board in your Microsoft Teams tenant, pair the scheduling panel at the door, set the camera framing and test a call from every seat. Whiteboarding is set up so a session is shared on the call and saved with the meeting.
You get a one-page guide for the room, the drawings and the support details in your client portal. Under Iconic Care™ the room is monitored remotely, and a fault reported by WhatsApp, email or phone is logged as a ticket.
Neat
Neat Board 50 is a 50 inch 4K all-in-one touchscreen for small and medium rooms, with camera, microphones and speakers built in and Microsoft Teams Rooms running natively on the device. Neat Board Pro is the 65 inch version for medium-to-large rooms.
Both whiteboard on screen and pair with a Neat Pad as the table controller or the panel at the door.
Best for: Focus rooms, small and medium meeting rooms, agencies and studios
Yealink
Yealink MeetingBoard is an interactive all-in-one Teams board in 65 inch and 86 inch sizes, with MeetingBoard Pro in 65, 75 and 86 inch. The 65 inch suits a medium room of seven to twelve people.
It pairs with the Yealink RoomPanel at the door and MTouch controllers on the table, and is certified for Teams Rooms on Android.
Best for: Medium rooms, training rooms and large rooms that want a board rather than a bar
Logitech
Rally Board 65 is Logitech's 65 inch all-in-one touchscreen for open spaces and small rooms, with camera, microphones, speakers and compute in the unit.
On the Rally Board 65 Cart it becomes the answer for a flexible floor: wheel the room to the meeting, plug in one cable and start. Logitech Tap Scheduler covers the door.
Best for: Open-plan areas, flexible floors, event rooms and small rooms
What we work with
Questions
Yes. Neat Board, Yealink MeetingBoard and Logitech Rally Board each run the Teams Rooms app on the device itself, with camera, microphones, speakers and touch in one unit. You add a scheduling panel at the door and, where the table is long, a controller on it.
Yes. Each board whiteboards on its own screen, and in a Teams meeting the whiteboard is shared with the people on the call and saved with the meeting.
A 50 inch board suits a focus room of two to four people. A 65 inch board covers a small-to-medium room, and the 86 inch Yealink boards reach a training room or a large boardroom. We measure the distance to the furthest seat and the camera's field of view before we recommend a size.
