After a survey, yes. We do not price a property we have not seen, and we would be careful with anyone who does. These ranges exist so the numbers never surprise you.
Alexa & app-based kit has its place, but it is not what we install. Our systems are engineered, documented & supported for years. That is what the difference buys.
