Crestron is what you specify when a boardroom, an auditorium or a whole headquarters has to behave as one system: lighting, blinds, displays, audio, climate and video conferencing on one processor and one interface. MK Iconic is a Crestron dealer, and our engineers design, programme and support it from Dubai.
We work with fit-out contractors, AV consultants and facilities teams across DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Marina and Abu Dhabi, and take on Crestron systems nobody supports.
What MK Iconic does
We start with how the rooms are used, not an equipment list, and write a room standard: which displays, sources and lighting scenes, and what a visitor should manage without training.
We produce signal-flow drawings, rack layouts, network requirements and control schedules and agree them with your AV consultant, MEP team and IT. DM NVX traffic is planned before a switch is ordered.
Our programmers build the control logic on the 4-Series processor and design the touch-screen pages around your brand and how your people work, then test every button before anyone else sees it.
We commission with your team present and hand over documentation and source code. Aftercare runs under Iconic Care™: remote monitoring, a client portal with service reports and system status, and faults by WhatsApp, email or phone logged as tickets.
Crestron
The 4-Series processor is the brain of a Crestron room or building: the CP4 is a 1U rack processor for a room or a few rooms, the PRO4 a 2U processor with a dedicated Control Subnet for larger systems, the MC4 a compact unit for smaller rooms. All run the logic that ties lighting, shades, climate, AV and third-party systems together.
Best for: Any room or building where several systems must behave as one
Crestron
The touch screen is the part of Crestron people see. The 70 and 80 Series come in wall, tabletop and wireless formats; the 80 Series adds radar proximity detection that wakes the screen as you approach and an ambient-light sensor for bright Dubai meeting rooms. Pages are built in HTML5 with Crestron Construct.
Where a screen is too much, Horizon and Cameo keypads give engraved, backlit buttons for lights, shades and scenes, in finishes up to brushed brass.

Crestron
DM NVX moves 4K60 4:4:4 HDR video, audio and control over standard 1 Gb Ethernet. Any source reaches any screen, and a new screen is a new network point rather than a new matrix.
DM NAX does the same for audio: AES67-based and Dante-interoperable, with streaming amplifiers, zone pre-amps and PoE speakers, so music, paging and meeting audio share one network.
Best for: Video walls, signage, multi-room audio and AV to many rooms
Crestron
Crestron Flex is Crestron's certified Microsoft Teams Rooms line: video-bar kits for small rooms, tabletop kits for medium rooms and integrator kits for boardrooms, on Teams Rooms on Windows with a Crestron PC. Because Flex shares the room's processor and touch screen, lights dim and blinds close when the call starts.

If a room has one display and one source, a simple controller is enough and we will say so. Crestron pays its way when several systems meet in one room or building and you want one interface, one programming standard and one support contract.
Yes. We ask for the source code first; if it is missing we can still support the hardware and, where needed, re-programme it. Many older Crestron installations in Dubai are due a 4-Series upgrade.
It needs a network designed for it: a dedicated VLAN on your corporate switches or a separate AV switch stack. We settle that with your IT team early because it affects switch choice and cabling.
