Education · Dubai & UAE
Rooms that teach, not distract.
Classrooms, lecture theatres, auditoria, libraries and the corridors between them. We design, install and look after the displays, sound, interactive boards, signage and networks that schools, universities and training centres in Dubai depend on every teaching day.
One team
Education technology fails in two ways: the teacher cannot start the lesson, or the estates team cannot fix it. We design against both. Every room gets the same simple start, the same cabling standard and the same documentation, so a technician can support fifty rooms the way they would support one.
We work with school groups, universities, training providers and their fit-out contractors across Dubai and the UAE, usually during holidays and around the timetable.

What we deliver

Commercial displays or interactive boards in every classroom, with one standard way to connect and start, so the first five minutes are never lost.

Projection or large-format displays, lectern control, microphones and speech reinforcement sized to the room, with lecture capture where the institution needs it.
Read →
Seminar rooms and staff rooms with certified Teams Rooms, so remote students and visiting lecturers are part of the room.
Read →
Assembly halls and multi-purpose spaces with sound systems, stage lighting control and a system a non-technical member of staff can run for an event.
Read →
Reception, corridor and canteen screens with scheduled content, plus room scheduling panels for bookable spaces.

Lighting scenes and motorised blinds for teaching rooms, so the board is readable and the room is cool in the afternoon sun.

Independent schools, school groups, universities and colleges, training centres and corporate academies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
How an education project runs
We survey a sample of rooms with teaching staff and the estates or IT team, then agree a small number of room standards that cover the whole campus.
A specification pack per room type, priced and phased around the academic calendar, with pilot rooms before the roll-out.
Our own engineers install and programme in the breaks, leaving every room tested and labelled before term starts.
Short sessions for teaching staff, a deeper handover for the estates and IT team, and every drawing and password in the client portal.
Iconic Care™
Iconic Care™ gives an estates team one place to see every room: remote monitoring of the network and the control systems, tickets logged from WhatsApp, email or phone, service reports and the asset register with warranties. Campuses usually take it as an annual maintenance contract with planned visits in the breaks.

Track record
We publish only what the manufacturers will confirm. No client names, no invented figures.

Questions
We can, but we plan around the timetable and prefer the breaks for anything that takes a room out of use. Pilot rooms and snagging often happen in term; roll-outs happen in the holidays.
Both work. All-in-one boards such as Neat Board or Yealink MeetingBoard suit seminar and hybrid rooms; a commercial display with a fixed room PC and a simple control is often better value in a standard classroom. We help you pick one standard per room type.
Yes. We design to your IT team's standards and VLANs, or we design and install the cabling, racks and Wi-Fi ourselves if that is the brief. Either way the AV is documented and separated from student traffic.
Under Iconic Care™ or a maintenance contract a fault reported by WhatsApp, email or phone is logged as a ticket, many faults are fixed remotely, and visits are planned with the estates team. We never promise a response time we have not agreed in writing.
