What it means

One engineering team, three countries.

The company was founded to do one thing properly: design, install and support the technology in exceptional homes and buildings so that it disappears into how people live. The first projects were in the north of England. The work that followed, an award winning London cinema, a Mayfair embassy upgraded to state-room standard on KNX, a sports club rescued end to end, and more than 250 properties, built the engineering discipline the Dubai office runs on.

The method travels; the team does too. A Dubai villa gets the same drawings-first design, the same in-house programming and the same Client Portal that every UK project gets, from engineers who move between the three offices. The UAE office holds its own Control4 Diamond Dealer status and its own KNX Partner and Lutron certifications, so the work is done to the manufacturers’ standard here, not signed off from a distance.

The company is led by its founder, Mujtaba Khokhar, Global Director, who still sits in on the design of the larger projects. The strapline, Smart Living & Technology Architects, is deliberate: we work alongside the architect and the interior designer from the drawings stage rather than turning up when the walls are closed.
